Beer

My father in law likes my homebrew. The Kolsch turn out nice and crisp. Which is good. I just need to let the beer sit longer. I always want to drink it early. I will be making another summer ale here shortly. I know it is fall but, it turned out good and I want to tweak the recipe. I will post some pictures of vacation photos. Why? My English friend sent me brew shirt from Poland.
