Better

My dear wife bought a bottle of Lagunitas Stout over the weekend. I had a bottle or two a few years ago, and I did not care for the brew. It was overly hoppy, overly carbonated, and bitter. It did not taste like a Stout.

The bottle I shared with Brother B was much better. It had the rich, carmel taste of a Eastern European Stout or Porter. It was not overly heavy. The carbonation level was fine.

I might not buy it, but I would definitely not turn one down.
