Monty Python's Holy Grail-Ale

A nice crisp ale. I can not remember if I have had it before, but I gave it another try. A nice crisp little ale. The aroma was sutle and pleasing. It's flavor was good and even, but nothing exciting. I enjoyed it with a relaxing day off.

WTF

Yup. Wilco Tango Foxtrot. Not Red. Not Black. Not Brown. It's is malty, robust and a tad tangy. It's subtly sweet on the tip of the tongue. It's dark. A good beer for a cold, showery spring and the newest limited release from Lagunitas. With 7.84 ABV and 64.20, I declare this beer a blessing.

Cheers,
RD

Human Blockhead

Brother B brought this tasty brew around last weekend. I wasn't sure what to expect. In the label, it a lager. In the glass, it's a red. In the mouth, it's malty and not bitter. It's a lighter, more approachable Bittersweet RIPA. I really liked it. In a 22 ounce bottle, it's an all evening beer, leaving the drinker satisfied.

It's seasonal, so find yours today.
